SHAWAR-WARI GA MACE ME CIKI

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

Y'ar Uwa a musulunci: wadannan wasu shawar-wari ne da likitoci suke baiwa Mace me goyon ciki, da fatan zaki kula da su da kyau.

1. Ki baiwa abinda ke cikin ki kula matuka, saboda kisami lafiya da kubuta, ke da abinda ke cikinki insha Allahu.

2. Yakmata ki dinga cin abinci sosai, irin wanda yake gina jiki, ta yanda zaki sami lafiya, da d'an dake ciki.

3. Ki dinga cin kayan mar-mari, kaman su kwad'on rama ko latas da makamantansu a kowace rana.

4. Ki dinga shan kaman kofi hudu na madara, ko nono a kowace rana.

5. Kada ki dinga yawan Shan Shayi mara madara, ko Nescafe, ko cin albasa, ko cin yaji a abinci, domin ha………

6. Kada ki dinga shan magani, ba tare da shawartan likita ba, saboda hakan ze cutar da yaron, kai yana temakawa wajensa Yaron Muni.
